GE is now No1 company developing talent??

General Electric Co. was ranked the best company for developing executive talent, according to a survey conducted by a San Francisco firm that offers improvement services for executives. I, and as well as many other folks outside IBM, thought IBM is the leader to developing executive talents. Just to name a few, John Swanson, Recent CEO of Computer Associates was a former WebSphere chief and later IBM software sales chief.
