Dim-sum today

While we enjoyed the good food (very inexpensive comparing to Neo-China), we had a very nice chat with the boss from Peking-Garden Chinese resteraunt. He came from Taiwan 20 some years ago, and he has some good insights on to run food industry business: quality of food, building dining atmosphere, strong marketing presence etc. One thing the boss pointed out is that our favorite resteraunt - 35 Chinese resteraunt only got C in Wake County sanitory examination, that is barely a pass… no wonder we didn’t feel good every time after we eat there!
