police looting at New Orleans

incredible is the feeling when I just saw CNN interviewed citizens in New Orleans that witnessed NOPD officers looting in hotels or other people’s house. I cannot believe it so I tried myself to search the internet to disapprove those interviewed, surprisingly, after I typed “police looting” in google search, there are quite a few New Orleans incidents.
